We have a one-year guarantee policy on all trees and shrubs. They must be planted in the ground and be taken care of.

We have a 6 month guarantee on all perennials and houseplants.

For all other products, including annuals, 2 weeks.

With a receipt, we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. After that period we provide a store credit or exchange. All product(s) must be returned to receive credit or exchange.

We highly recommend that you get entered into our customer database so that in case you lose your receipt, we can find it on file. Leave your email if you want to receive store updates and promotions.
